A review queue the whole crew can share
One coach can't watch every clip. Roles let TAs and coaches split a shared queue without stepping on each other.

The bottleneck in most coaching groups is not talent or effort. It is one person trying to review everything. Clips pile up, replies slow down, and students stop filming because the feedback stopped coming.
ReviewCoach treats the queue as something a crew shares. A reviewer claims a clip, works it, and hands the next one on. While a clip is claimed, everyone else sees it is taken — no two people writing notes on the same take, no clip forgotten in the middle.
Roles are per group
A person can be a student in one group and a TA in another. Roles live on the membership, not the account, so the same face can submit clips on Sunday and review them on Tuesday. A reviewer's queue never contains their own clips — you review the crew, not yourself.
- Claim a clip and it is yours until you are done.
- Stale claims lapse automatically so nothing gets stuck.
- Coaches and TAs draw from the same queue.
The result is that feedback keeps moving even when the head coach is offline. That is the difference between a group that stays active for a season and one that quietly goes dark after week three.
